Steiger Craft Miami 23 DV

This boat was purchased new in June of 2015 and used for a week at Hatteras, NC during our vacation. We used it again in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Although in 2018 we put it in the water on Saturday and the wind blew all week. We were unable to get out on the ocean. It went back on the trailer accumulating no hours. In the four years we had it available to us it was only used an average 3 days per week due to the weather and family obligations. It is currently stored inside a pole barn at Norris Lake in Tennessee. I took it for a ride in 2019 but since then it has just been in storage. If it has over 100 hours on it, I would be surprised. It’s not a practical boat for Norris Lake. It’s time it went back to the coast and fish the bays, inlets and open ocean which is what it’s ideally suited to do. We took it 25 miles offshore off Hatteras Island and it performed great. It was dry, comfortable, and we felt very safe. Boat will be sold on a clean North Carolina title.

Rigged with a 250-horsepower four-stroke, factory tests have shown that the 23 Miami DV will hit a top speed of over 46 mph with a half tank of fuel and two crew onboard, with fuel efficient cruising speeds of 29 to 34 mph at 4000 to 4500 rpms.

Steiger Craft builds approximately 100 boats per year. They are semi custom made and there is lots of hand labor and love put into each one of them. There is no wood in this boat. Steiger Craft boats are built with solid fiberglass stringers and decks. There is lots of dry storage in the helm area.

This boat comes with a galvanized Venture dual axle trailer with brakes. It has an 8’6” beam so it is still able to be trailered.
