At today's rate the mooring can equate to less than £400 per month if paid up front for an annual berth. Declaration of known issues: These are the items that need attention that I am aware of and are within the 'sold as seen' condition. * Teak decking requires recaulking in some areas, mostly foredeck and sides. Some areas already recaulked. * Anchor windlass inoperative. * Starboard engine could do with an impellor change (held) - not a defect, just sensible. * Flybridge canvas and side screens. These are currently under repair/new glazing in UK at owner's expense. * Auto Helm/Fluxgate Compass may need resetting - I don't use it. * Navigation lights: Starboard needs new a new bulb. Stern light housing is missing unsure of wiring condition. * Bridge windscreen Perspex under repair, being replaced at owners expense.
