Description
We live in Twin Cities suburns, but the boat is at Pepin Marina, about 75 miles away on Lake Pepin - part of the MIssissippi River.

Accommodations
1982 Catalina 25. This boat has been much loved and well maintained for the past 10 years. We have invested a great deal of money, and sweat, to update many parts of the boat including a new (2020) Honda 15hp motor, with a sail shaft, (2020) new main sail, and (2021) bottom paint. Custom built trailer included too so that you may haul it to your location. Remaining time left on 2022 boat slip at Pepin Marina (voted best lake in MN) also included - typical boat out time is mid-October. She has a few bumps and bruises, but is in great condition for her age. The marine toilet and forward sink have been removed but replaced with a portable toilet and storage space. The water tank is empty and the plumbing has never been used, so condition is unknown. The original stove has been removed. Mast lights were damaged when purchased and have not been replaced, so electric in the mast is unknown, but all other electric (inside and outside lights) works perfectly. There is some slight water damage to the wood in the main cabin and a few scratches and dings on the hull. Lots of accessories included! Only letting go, with heavy hearts, because grandma and grandpa are getting too old to sail.
