Fully updated Catalina 400 mk2 with extensive newer sail inventory(90% Technora, 135% Carbon/Technora, 3 155% jibs carbon/technora, code zero on selden furler, Large lite A2, Medium A2 in socks), bow sprit, custom pulpit, rare fin keel/spade rudder, new 2021 Raymarine electronics/radar/ais, Balmar 165 A alternator with serpentine belt, new 2022 rust protected engine mounts and cutless bearings, extra secondary winches, dodger w 2021 new eisenglass, full enclosure. 16K Btu Air conditioning. Quick connect fresh water system which allows winterization in 15 min. Never had antifreeze in the system and the water is drinkable. Barrier coat and fresh bottom paint just done. Brand new rope clutches. All high tech low stretch halyards. New uncovered metal high strength lifelines. Dinghy davits with solar panel. Flexofold prop that is taken off and polished every year.
