2. Gunnar Peterson’s Full Body Blitz: The Khloé Kardashian Workout

There’s a reason why Gunnar Peterson has trained the likes of Sofía Vergara, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Hugh Jackman: the knowledgeable trainer stikes a healthy balance between pushing his clients hard and making sure they’re getting the rest and recovery they need when they’re not sweating it out. One of Peterson’s most famous clients is Khloé Kardashian, who in recent years has become so obsessed with fitness, she started an E! series called Revenge Body. Women’s Health figured out how she got cut, working with Peterson to develop “Khloé Kardashian Workout: Full Body Blitz,” a guide to the strength training Kardashian does with Peterson. Abs, obliques, glutes, shoulders, triceps, and more are targeted in this workout, which only requires a medicine ball and some free weights. That’s right — you don’t need a full gym aboard your yacht for a Revenge Body of your own. Get to know more about Peterson in the video below.

3. Jessica Alba’s 6-Move Home Gym Plan

“Competitive gymnast, NFL cheerleader, fitness contestant, model, and wellness coach” are just some of the hats celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza has worn, and it shows in her holistic approach to fitness. Perhaps that’s why Jessica Alba — the founder of The Honest Company known for her killer physique in films like Fantastic Four, Sin City, and Honey — turned to Braganza to maintain her taut bod for more than 15 years. Braganza shares her expertise in a Women’s Health guide, “Jessica’s 6-Move Home Gym Plan,” which takes a reasonable 20 minutes to complete. With all these moves requiring nothing but light weights and some determination, it might as well be called the “Yacht Gym” plan. Prepare to do lunges, squats, chest presses, and more to get Alba’s muscles. Get to know more about Braganza — and her Fifty Shades of Grey workout!—in the video below.

Natalie Portman, Victoria Beckham, Shakira, and Madonna are reportedly among the celebrity fans of the fitness program, which is more like a fun dance session than a hardcore workout. Known for its intense yet fun mix of hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo choreography with squats and lunges, Zumba is the perfect full-body workout when you have been on your yacht for a couple days and really need to bust a move. 5. Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy Workout DVD

New York Times best-selling author Mandy Ingber wants to help you find your zen to feel good about your body, and her famous clients Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Beckinsale, and Woody Harrelson have all provided stellar insights about the Yogalosophy creator. “Beyond the incredible transformation I begin to see with my body in terms of flexibility and dexterity, working with Mandy has helped me become more in tune with my body and spirit,” says Lawrence. “As her student, she has helped me find a balance between a physical strength and inner strength.” That’s because Ingber incorporates toning and sculpting moves in her routine, of which Jennifer Aniston is a big fan. “Mandy Ingber is my dear friend and my yoga instructor,” says the Friends icon in Mandy Ingber's Yogalosophy Workout DVD, which is available on Amazon for $9. “She brought yoga into my life and it completely changed my life. 6. Mini-Band Plan Inspired by Meghan Markle

The public’s fascination with Meghan Markle has only grown since she began dating Prince Harry in July 2016, and now that the duo are husband and wife, people across the world are taking even more fashion and lifestyle cues from the Duchess of Sussex. It should come as no surprise, then, that fitness experts have figured out the new royal’s exercise preferences. Women’s Health went straight to the source, speaking with the Suits star’s former trainer, Craig McNamee, who worked with Markle for three years when she filmed the USA Network’s hit in Toronto. "When she gets to the gym, there’s no real complaining,” McNamee shares with the magazine. “She gets down to business right away and really enjoys it." Among the secrets of their posture-focused routine? Heavy use of mini-bands for full-body workouts. A highly rated mini-band can be purchased for less than $18 on Amazon. Bonus: it’ll take up less space in your suitcase than your favorite swimsuit! Head over to Women’s Health for a detailed mini-band plan, and try an ab- and posture-centric routine from Jason Wimberly, founder of The Wall, in the video below.

7. P90X

If you’ve ever been envious of Taylor Lautner or Ashton Kutcher’s ripped physiques, it might be time to give P90X a try. The fitness craze can be put to work anywhere with a TV, thanks to the 12-DVD base kit on Amazon for $139.80. Don’t try this in small quarters, though — personal trainer Tony Horton aims to “transform your body in 90 days” by using big moves. “Advanced training technique called ‘muscle confusion,’ which accelerates the fitness process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so that your body never plateaus and you never get bored,” according to P90X. Pink, known for her shocking acrobatic performances, says it’s the real deal. “My brother and his wife are both in the Air Force; they do marathons and triathlons. I went [to visit them and she's doing P90X]. I couldn't keep up with her — and she'd just had her first baby four weeks ago,” the “Try” singer told Women’s Health. “I was like, 'This is bulls---! I will perfect this thing!' So usually, I wake up and do an hour of cardio, then an hour of P90X or yoga, then a half-hour of warm-up [during show rehearsal]. I do that six days a week."
