The 44 C&C is a beautiful blend of a comfortable sailing vessel that is very capable of performing under race conditions is being offered for a very reasonable $85,500.  The two-stateroom layout features a large centerline Island berth aft with head and shower. Her current Performance Handicap Racing Fleet (PHRF) for the Chesapeake Bay is a base handicap of 72! The pilothouse design is surprisingly cool, due to the white hardtop, and it's nice to not mess with canvas and all those snaps... just shut the door.  Sorry to have to say this, but if you're reading this then yes, it's available.   Always dry-stored out of sun and weather in custom built boat shed on trailer, many mods and upgrades, all freshwater use except for 4 brief vacations to coastal areas (always back on trailer at the end of the day, rinsed/flushed thoroughly, and Salt-Away run through engines when back in freshwater).
