EZPZ is an exceptionally clean 2006 Catalina 42 MK II. A three-cabin arrangement comprised of a queen pullman owner’s berth just forward of the mast with in-suite head and walk in shower, two queen cabins aft with a shared head and a main salon area with galley. The unit is powered by a Yanmar engine that starts and runs fine but the generator side needs wiring by a competent generator technician. There is fresh oil in the yanmar.
